Knife Rights Idaho Preemption Bill To House Floor

Knife Rights’ bill that would enact Knife Rights’ signature Knife Law Preemption in Idaho, H0620, was voted out of the House State Affairs committee with a Do Pass recommendation. Todd Rathner, Knife Rights Director of Legislative Affairs, testified in Boise in support of the bill.

Knife Law Preemption is a Knife Rights’ criminal justice reform effort that repeals and prevents local ordinances more restrictive than state law which only serve to confuse or entrap law-abiding citizens traveling within or through the state.
